The HR Dept was started to address a gap in small businesses- human resources. Most small companies have a handful of employees, and need a Human Resources professional. The HR Dept exists to be just that- the Human Resources department for companies without a Human Resources department.

The HR Dept is led by Kristie Holmes who has more than 15 years of recruiting and Human Resources experience in a variety of industries. Her knowledge and vast skillset allow The HR Dept to offer a wide array of services designed specifically for the benefit of small businesses. Kristie believes focusing on relationship building and a personal touch achieves the best results.
